Paralegal

Joelle is a Paralegal at GEM Family Law, having joined the Firm in 2020 after working for another prominent Denver family law firm. Joelle received her Paralegal Certificate from Clemson University and has dedicated her entire career to family law. Joelle is also an active member of the Rocky Mountain Paralegal Association and has special experience with children’s issues as a Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA).

Joelle is committed to helping clients understand navigate their cases during one of the most difficult times of their lives. Joelle supports the GEM Family Law attorneys during all phases of client casework, maintaining an attention to detail and always keeping the client’s needs in mind. Prior to her career as a paralegal, Joelle was a server for a decade and leans on this experience to ensure client care.

Joelle is originally from Michigan and moved to Colorado in 2018 due to her husband’s military service. Joelle has special familiarity with military issues.

In her free time, she loves spending time with her family, hiking, volunteering, reading, and attending concerts.
